Notes:
- Occasionally wheels won't spin. Does not affect outcome
- If brakes are not strong enough, will drive off dyno.

The GTA engine doesn't simulate engines like you would expect. They use a more simple method- engine power, drag force, and max speed (among others). Engine power is as close to horsepower as you can get. Engine mods obviously affect engine power. Engine mods aren't the same across vehicles, so different vehicles will have different % increases in power. The dyno will only display the original base power, there's no way to calculate the new power with the engine mods since each vehicle's is different and I can't get the mod's increase value
